@Ajay This is not chargeable.but i'm not sure about its working at present,It was started at the beginning of Number portability and the time has passed.

I got reply from tata docomo that "Thank you for staying back with Tata DoCoMo. Being a valued customer, your free benefits will be credited in your account within 72 hours.
